New U.S. Headquarters for eMag Solutions Includes State-of-the-Art Security
Atlanta, GA - June 25, 2008 - eMag Solutions, LLC, a leading international provider of electronic discovery services and data management solutions, announced today the company has completed its move into new U.S. headquarters to 3495 Piedmont Rd NE, Building 11, Suite 820 in Atlanta, GA. The new facility has been carefully designed to support eMag's expanding electronic data processing needs and, this facility includes the latest security technology to further ensure the protection of all client data processed and continue to provide the highest level of service to eMag partners and clients.
The new space allows the firm to continue increasing its processing capacity while industry-leading security around client data. In addition to continuous monitoring via closed-caption television circuits, eMag's new office boasts biometric and key card entry, including multi-zoned, role-based security for different levels of access. And all prospective eMag employees are subject to a multi-state background check prior to joining the company to further ensure optimum security from a human resources perspective. The new, larger facility offers expanded production capabilities to keep pace with the company's growth as a trusted provider of data management solutions for law firms, corporations, partners, and government entities.
Further physical security of the new facility includes redundant power and cooling systems as well as fire suppression, and steel mesh surrounding the entire operations area of the site, and other confidential protection measures. Network firewalls also match the multiple levels of physical access, with over one petabyte of data storage configured on an isolated network.
eMag's new facilities support additional development and automation of processes including central and project management dashboard to organize, coordinate, and automate updates and tracking of all ongoing projects,. Standard operating procedures are in place for all job types, and each project's chain of custody is automated through a proprietary job management system. A finished job audit is completed for all production, post-production and forensics processes as a pre-requisite before any work product is released to clients.
eMag solutions is also actively working on ISO 27001 accreditation for all of the company's global service centers.
