There are several different types of registration on our site including our e-newsletter, client registration, product registrations, forum registration, contact us registration, and e-commerce purchase information. For your safety, we do not collect or store credit card information for online purchases so you will have to enter that each time you make a purchase on our site. Registered clients are granted access to select content not available to unregistered users. The e-newsletter registration is by opt-in only.

Any employee who violates or abuses the eMag privacy practices is subject to disciplinary action, including termination of employment and may be subject to legal proceedings. We protect the your credit card information from loss, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure by encrypting the data which you provide us with current encryption tools, including HTTPS (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure) and SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocols.
Your access to Personal Data
You may access and change information at any time for forum registrations or client registrations. Just simply access your account information to make these changes.
Changes to the policy
We will post all privacy policy changes to the web site in a prominent place for a period of one month.

In no event shall any of the materials be copied, reproduced, distributed, displayed, downloaded, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form without the prior express written permission of eMag Solutions and/or our partners.
