I love my dad, but whenever his computer looks at him funny, he makes a panicked call asking how to fix things.  And the majority of the time, it ends up being something that is fixed in a few easy steps that I think are intuitive.  God bless him, but dear ol' dad can wear my patience thin on those phone calls.
