Ralph Losey, a well known and well respected name in the world of electronic discovery, recently gave a presentation in a law class explaining the Electronic Discovery Reference Model. Posted on his blog, Ralph shares a video of his EDRM presentation and explains how he adds his own perspective of the model.
"I use a slightly modified version of the EDRM chart in my law school lecture. This video excerpt of the class is my longest yet, at just over 15 minutes, and assumes some prior knowledge of the EDRM...[It also] sets forth my peculiar slant and twist to things, which diverges somewhat from the agreed-upon explanations found on the EDRM.net website."
Ralph also manages to work in a plug for the new hit movie Avatar, but you'll have to read his blog post for that little nugget.
