Electronic Discovery Solutions

After the changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure took effect on December 1, 2006, the entire litigation landscape changed in its wake. Courts are still trying to decide how to apply the new standards, and organizations are weighing the costs of taking more proactive steps to organize data versus the potential legal costs of being caught unprepared when litigation or regulatory requests emerge.

eMag Solutions provides state of the art technology and experienced technical staff who specialize in taking large data populations and culling down the data to only the necessary subset for litigation, regulatory, or compliance matters. eMag aims to reduce the volume of information overload at the earliest possible stages of investigation, allowing our wide range of customers to spend their valuable time analyzing the resulting data rather than waiting for it to be delivered.
