Plotting Geophysical Field Data
The following screen shows the standard set up for plotting field data.
Required options are:
File Name - where the tiff image will be saved (if you use the same as the job number this will keep all the information together.
Plot If - this option will show what data is to be plotted:
Field (Raw) Data - Plot If, select Field file and Is a Multiple of the value will be the frequency of the plots.
Post Stack - (Seismic Data which has been processed) Plot If, select CDP and Is A Multiple Of 1
Selected Trace Gather - (a raw plot of a trace from each shot creating a raw section) Plot If, select Field Channel Is Equal To 24 (or whatever channel number is suitable, often the near trace is selected - see observers logs)
