eMag Return Policy
In the unlikely event you experience a defective product, please contact the eMag Customer Care Department at 1-800-364-9838 or info@emaglink.com. We will need a complete description of the problem involved, including order number, product and quantity. Based upon the problem, we may ask that you send samples for testing to our Quality Control Department. Based upon the outcome of the testing, if needed we will assign a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number and arrange for pick-up at our expense and replacement product.
